HEALTHY DRY FRUIT CAKE Try something healthy for Christmas!!! No butter, no eggs, no maida, no white sugar! This fruit cake is prepared using palm sugar, cold pressed virgin coconut oil & wheat flour. You can use extra virgin olive oil too instead of coconut oil. Palm sugar is a healthy alternative to regular white cane sugar as it does not go through any chemical process and also retains most of its nutritional benefits. It is a better source of vitamins & minerals and contains less glucose compared to regular white sugar. Cold pressed coconut oil has healthy fatty acids to boost heart health.
