Kalthappam I have prepared kalthappam many times but this one was the best! Super soft, so flavourful and amazingly delicious! Kalthappam is a rice cake made of ground rice, oil/ghee, jaggery/sugar, fried onions or shallots, coconut flakes and cardamom powder. This dish can be served for breakfast or as a tea time snack.
