Mysore pak in 15 minutes???
Yes, i prepared this delicious sweet in just 15 minutes!!
I prepared it in a very small quantity just to avoid calorie intake as me & my hubby both love sweets.
I tried it for the 1st time and the result was just amazing! These yummy pieces got over in no time.
Prepration is very easy and simple with just 3 ingredients. I have added cardamom powder for extra flavour.
Follow this easy steps by step Recipe and prepare this super tasty sweet.
Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup besan ( chickpea flour/gram flour)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/4 cup water
- Pinch of cardamom powder
Method:
Sieve besan & dry roast for 5 minutes on a very slow flame.
Add water to the sugar and keep boiling till the bubbles form.
Add roasted besan and keep mixing on a very slow flame.
Meanwhile, heat ghee in a separate pan.
Keep adding little by little ghee to the besan mixture. Keep mixing.
Mix till all the ghee is used.
Now you can get this foamy consistency.
Add cardamom powder & mix gently.
Pour into a greased mould or tin.
Cut within 5 minutes before it turns hard.
Delicious mysore pak is ready to serve. It just melts in the mouth, crispy, flavourful and super yummy!
