Chicken Green Masala This is one of the oldest & most popular delicacy of Mangalorean cuisine. This curry was served for feasts, weddings or any other celebrations during our childhood days. This quick & easy curry is a perfect blend of aromatic spices and has a freshness and flavours of herbs like coriander & mint leaves. This flavourful green curry goes extremely well with sanna, neeru dosa/ panpole, appams and even with roti, chapathi or boiled rice. My family loves it with soft silky neeru dosas/panpole & sanna. This curry tastes awesome with local chicken ( naati koli). My hubby loves potatoes in meat curries. I have added potatoes here. You can skip if you wish. Simple easy recipe with few basic ingredients available at home and few fresh herbs like coriander and mint leaves.
