(Quickest , easiest and healthy Laddus)

Do you love besan laddus but no time to prepare it? 

Here is a very simple easy method to prepare it easily and quickly with just 4 ingredients. 

I tried these laddus for the first time and I must tell you, the taste and the texture of this sweet is  simply irresistible!

These laddus are prepared in a healthy way with jaggery instead of sugar. 

Those who want to use sugar, can use sugar powder instead of liquid jaggery. 

Please note:

Here i have used  less quantity jaggery. You can add as per your choice. 

Dry fruits added can be as per your choice. 

Use only ghee for this recipe. Quantity  of ghee can be used as per your choice. 

Follow this detailed step by step recipe to easily achieve the perfect taste and texture of this delicious sweet. 

Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup roasted chickpea/ chutney chana
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/2 cup liquid jaggery/ joni bella
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • Few dry fruits 

Method:


Add 1 cup roasted chickpea to the grinding jar along with cardamom pods. 

Make fine powder. 

Heat 1 tsp ghee & roast all dryfruits. 

Now add remaining quantity ghee & heat till ghee melts. 

Add liquid jaggery & switch off the flame. Mix well.  

Now add powdered chickpea flour. 

Mix well. Cover & keep aside for 15 minutes. 

Now take required portion and roll out laddus. 

Super tasty, moist, flavourful , quick & easy Besan Laddus are ready to serve. 


Prepare and enjoy these delicious laddus.
