Kerala Beef Roast This lip smacking dish is one of the most popular delicacies of Kerala. Delicious beef roasted with spicy aromatic masala powders , Curry leaves and crunchy coconut pieces.  This is one of the most appreciated dishes by my guests.   This dish could be the best choice for an appetizer. Tastes awesome with parotta or with  steamed rice.  We prefer boneless meat for this recipe.  This recipe can be used for  any red meat too.  My family loves it as an appetizer with their favourite drink.  Please note: Here I have used spices as per my choice. You can add  extra masala powders if you prefer. You can  add some meat masala powder too.  Make sure to use tender beef for best results.  Cooking time of beef depends on the quality of meat. Eggless chocolate cake Planning to bake some eggless chocolate cake?  Try this yummy recipe! No butter, no eggs are used in this recipe.  This eggless chocolate cake is the easiest chocolate cake i have baked so far.  It is super light, incredibly moist and just melts in your mouth.  This super  light delicious chocolate sponge cake is prepared with cocoa powder, plain flour and chocolate ganache.  This is  I am sure  can be served as a best tea time snack  or a delicious dessert after a full course meal. Please note: Here i have used chilled water. You can add water and milk in equal proportions or can use only milk instead of water. Choice is yours.  It tastes much better with milk.  Make sure to use chilled milk or water.  I have used cadbury cocoa powder in this recipe.  You can prepare this cake in a healthier way by using wheat flour instead of all purpose flour.  Recipe: Ingredients: A. Healthy Chats  Mumbai is famous for it's varieties of chats. Chat i am sure, is everyone's favourite.   My sons love all types of chats & i try to prepare all their favourite chats in a healthy way at home.  Try these healthy recipes and serve your children  healthy , nutritious & super delicious chats at home.  Pani Puri Recipe : Ingredients: Puri ( as you need) Sprouted gren gram Finely chopped onion Chat masala Sev for garnishing  Salt to taste Tamarind pulp Jaggery Few mint leaves Pani Puri masala Black salt  Water as needed  Method: Mix sprouted green gram with onion, chat masala, pinch of salt & keep aside.   In a bowl add required quantity water, mix tamarind pulp, jaggery, Pani Puri masala, pinch of black salt and crushed mint leaves.  Pani is ready .  Crack a small hole in the centre of puris. Stuff it with sprout mixture.  Top it with little sev.  Dip these puris in the flavoured pani & serve
