Kerala Beef Roast

Kerala Beef Roast

This lip smacking dish is one of the most popular delicacies of Kerala.

Delicious beef roasted with spicy aromatic masala powders , Curry leaves and crunchy coconut pieces.

This is one of the most appreciated dishes by my guests.

This dish could be the best choice for an appetizer. Tastes awesome with parotta or with  steamed rice.

We prefer boneless meat for this recipe.  This recipe can be used for  any red meat too.  My family loves it as an appetizer with their favourite drink.

Please note:

Here I have used spices as per my choice. You can add  extra masala powders if you prefer. You can  add some meat masala powder too.

Make sure to use tender beef for best results.

Cooking time of beef depends on the quality of meat. Tender meat cooks faster.

Here i have used Bafat powder. Recipe is available in the following link:

https://lavisdelicacies.blogspot.com/2023/02/bafat-powder.html
