Planning for some scrumptious meal on weekends? 

Try this super delicious pan fried noodles ! 

Stir fried noodles served with delicious broth cooked with mixed vegetables and meat. This is my sons one of the most favourite meals. 

My family loves this very mild flavoured, less spicy broth. You can add extra spices & sauces as per your taste. 

This easy to make delectable dish could be the best choice for kitty parties, birthday gatherings or any other celebrations. 

Please note:

1.Use your favourite vegetables. 

2. Use spices & sauces as per your choice. 

3.Do not overcook  the vegetables. 

Here is a simple easy recipe:

Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 250 gm egg noodles
  • Salt to taste
  • 1tsp oil 
  • Sesame oil for frying 

Ingredients for chicken marination:

  • 250 gm boneless chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder 
  • Salt to taste.

Ingredients for the gravy:

  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 medium size diced onion
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 1 diced capcicum 
  • Smal piece diced cauliflower or brocolli
  • 1 smal bunch palak/ spinach
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp red chilly sauce
  • 1-2 t sp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cornflour slurry
  • 2-3 cups of vegetable/ chicken stock 
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt to taste 

Method:


Boil 250gm  noodles with enough  water, salt to taste & 1 tsp  oil. Drain ,  run through cold water & drain again.  

Marinate  250 gm boneless chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper , 1 egg. Keep aside for 1/2 an hr. 

Dice  all  the required veggies .
Wash spinach ( palak) well & keep aside. 

Heat 2 tsp sesame oil, add 1 tsp chopped garlic. Add chicken. 

Cook for 2-3 minutes on a high flame. 

Add veggies. Mix well.  Add soy sauce,   red chilli sauce, 1 tsp pepper powder, salt to taste. 

Add spinach. Mix well. 

Add 2-3 cups of chicken or vegetable stock. Mix well. Boil for 1 minute. 

Add 1/4 cup cornflour slurry. Mix well. Take a good boil. 

Heat 1 tsp sesame  oil in a pan. Add a handful of boiled noodles. 

Fry on a high flame for 2 minutes on one side. Toss. 

Pour chicken sauce  with veggies. 

Delicious , hot & flavourful pan fried noodles are ready. Serve hot. 

Juicy crispy noodles soaked in flavourful broth with the goodness of healthy, crunchy veggies and delicious meat!
