Easiest & quickest way to get longer sprouts 


Moong (green gram)  sprouts are  called as superfood  as they are highly nutritious & has numerous health benifits. 

They are  rich in vitamins & minerals and are a good source of protein. 

They have high fiber content which keeps you fuller for a longer time, thus helps in weight lose or weight management. 

Sprouted moong/ green gram is used in soups, curries , salads & many other dishes. 

Generally it takes 2-3 days to get longer sprouts. But here is a easy and faster way to get longer sprouts. 


METHOD:


Select good quality green gram. (200gms). Wash & rinse well.  
Add 600 ml water & allow it to soak for 8-10 hrs. 

Soaked green gram. 

Drain  out all the water.

Cover  with a lid & keep in the microwave. Do not run the microwave. 


Within 6-7 hrs you can find the sprouts.  Sprinkle 2 tbsp water , cover & leave it in the microwave. 

You can find longer sprouts within 12-14 hours. 
Try this quick & easy method of having longer sprouts. 

Please note: Keep the vessel in the microwave but make sure not to run the microwave.
