Ragi Brownies
Are you on diet & keeping yourself away from sweets?
Try these super healthy, super moist, gluten free Ragi brownies which can be enjoyed by the entire family without any guilt. These are perfect treat for your sweet cravings.
I have used sprouted ragi flour for this recipe. You can use plain ragi flour. Ragi/ finger millet is totally gluten free & is a rich source of iron & calcium.
I have added few dark chocolate chips & chopped nuts in this recipe. These are much healthier than normal brownies as no sugar is used in this recipe. A perfect healthy dessert for your loved ones.
These healthy brownies will definitely be enjoyed by your kids for their nutty, chocolatey flavour.
Here is a step by step recipe for this healthy dessert. I have used honey here , you can use sugar, jaggery or maple syrup if you wish.

DeleteHi Lavi, tried this recipe today as it is Father’s Day and my husband likes only healthy cakes. Taste wise it was good but did not rise at all. ☹️. Ended up with flat and sensed cake. I guess the baking powder and soda ratio is not enough. Pls reply.
ReplyDeleteI have given proper measurements dear. Use all the ingredients under room temperature. I prepare this often.
