FRIED FISH & VEGGIES IN AIRFRYER
Try this Healthy , oil free all in one meal which is prepared in Airfryer.
Select good quality fresh fish & veggies for this recipe.
This meal can be prepared quickly & easily if all the ingredients are kept ready.
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS
A. For fish marination:
- Red chilly powder
- Ginger garlic paste
- Lemon juice
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- Salt to taste.
B.FOR VEGGIES:
- Vegetables of your choice ( chopped)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1tsp olive oil
- Crushed pepper
- Mixed dried herbs. ( Oregano, basil, thyme)
- Little chilly flakes
- Salt to taste
METHOD:
Mix all the ingredients mentioned under fish marination. Add very little water & mix to a smooth paste.
Preheat the Airfryer for 2 minutes at 180°C
FRIED VEGETABLES:
Chop required veggies, drizzle little olive oil, crushed pepper, herbs, chilly flakes & salt & toss well.
Delicious, crunchy veggies are ready.
