FISH & VEGGIES FRIED IN AIRFRYER


Try this Healthy , oil free all in one meal which is prepared in Airfryer. 

Select good quality fresh fish & veggies for this recipe. 

This meal can be prepared quickly & easily if all the ingredients are kept ready. 


RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS


A. For fish marination:


  • Red chilly powder
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Lemon juice
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste. 

B.FOR VEGGIES:

  • Vegetables of your choice ( chopped)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1tsp olive oil
  • Crushed pepper
  • Mixed dried herbs. ( Oregano, basil, thyme)
  • Little chilly flakes
  • Salt to taste

METHOD:



Select fresh fish slices.

Mix all the ingredients mentioned under fish marination. Add very little water & mix to a smooth paste. 


Apply this mixture to fish slices. Keep it aside for 30 minutes. 

Preheat the Airfryer for 2 minutes at 180°C


Fry fish in Airfryer just for 5 minutes. 


Delicious oil-free fish is ready. 

FRIED VEGETABLES:


Chop required veggies, drizzle little olive oil, crushed pepper, herbs, chilly flakes & salt & toss well. 


Fry in preheated Airfryer for 6-8 minutes. Make sure they are not overcooked & are crunchy. 

Delicious, crunchy veggies are ready. 


Serve with fried fish & boiled eggs. Drizzle little lemon juice while serving. 
Enjoy this all in one meal with your loved ones.
