Yes. I made this healthy 
BANANA WHEAT HALWA
In just 15 mnts!!!.
I had 2 over riped large Nendra bananas & wanted to utilize them for any yummy healthy recipe. Thought of preparing healthy halwa. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 large Nendra riped bananas
  • 1/2 cup jaggery ( as per yourr choice)
  • Dry fruits of your choice
  • 2tbsp wheat flour
  • 2tbsp ghee
  • Cardamom powder

Method:

 I just ground these 2 bananas in mixer grinder, transferred the paste to a nonstick pan, added 1/2 cup jaggery, few dry fruits, pinch of salt , 2 tbsp wheat flour & 2 tbsp ghee. Kept on stirring till it boiled. 

To my surprise it started leaving ghee within 5 mnts. Cooked on a slow flame for another 5 mnts.

 Added cardamom powder & poured in a glass dish & cooled. Cut into desired pieces. Its truly fantastic  like taj mahal halwa.

If you use sugar you will get better quality halwa. But i prefer healthy sweets.
Pls note: bananas used in this pic is only for presentation purpose. I have used nendra bananas.
This is the most tried & appreciated recipe in other groups 
Same recipe can be tried with sugar & you will get excellent result. But i prefer jaggery as a healthy option.
The timing mentioned above is only for this small quantity. If you are using more quantity, it will take longer time. 
If you want it to be more sticky, cook it for little longer time. I prefer this texture.
