Besan Laddu (Quickest , easiest and healthy Laddus) Do you love besan laddus but no time to prepare it?  Here is a very simple easy method to prepare it easily and quickly with just 4 ingredients.  I tried these laddus for the first time and I must tell you, the taste and the texture of this sweet is  simply irresistible! These laddus are prepared in a healthy way with jaggery instead of sugar.  Those who want to use sugar, can use sugar powder instead of liquid jaggery.  Please note: Here i have used  less quantity jaggery. You can add as per your choice.  Dry fruits added can be as per your choice.  Use only ghee for this recipe. Beef/Mutton Jiren--Mirin

Beef/ Mutton Jiren- Mirin  This is one of the oldest & most common recipes of mangalorean cuisine.  This curry has a unique flavour which reminds me my childhood days.  I still feel the aroma of this curry from my grandmother's & mom's kitchen.  Whenever we visited our grandmother, she used to prepare this curry with her own country chicken (naati koli) and serve it with hot crispy rice bakri.  The taste , aroma & grandmother's love  is just unforgettable.  This curry can be prepared very easily as very few basic ingredients are required to prepare this yummy curry. Here we use less red long chillies to enhance the flavour of other spices. This curry is called jiren-mirin curry as jiren(jeera) & mirin(pepper) are the main ingredients which gives authentic flavour & taste to this dish.   This masala paste can be used for any type of red meat or for chicken. Ghee rice This flavourful rice is one of my my family's favorite delicacies. This rice has a unique flavour and taste which makes one to fall in love with this dish.  This rice is prepared with a special quality rice which is called as jeera rice/ seeraga samba rice which is super aromatic. This tasty rice goes well with and vegetable or meat korma curry or with any type of meat or egg curries.  This is the best choice for weekend dinner or any special occasions.  Very few ingredients are required to prepare this super delicious meal.  Here is the recipe.  Kindly note: Here i have added coconut milk. You can do this without coconut milk.  Here i have added 2 pulao leaves. You can skip this if not available.  Recipe: Ingredients: 2 cup jeera rice 3 &1/2 cup water  1/2 cup coconut milk 2 tbsp ghee 4 cloves, 2" cinnamon  2 bay leaves  1 pulao leaf 3 cardamom  1 sliced onion  1 green chilli  1 tsp ginger garlic paste  Salt to taste  Few dry fruits for g
