Try this recipe!

No eggs, no flour, no butter!

It's prepared with suji/ Semolina/ rava.

So moist, so flavourful and Super delicious!!

This is the easiest , super delicious cake which can be prepared with very few basic ingredients. 

I have used the mixer grinder jar for quick and easy process. 

This could be the best choice for your kids tiffin box, kitty parties or for evening tea. 

Go through this simple easy recipe. 

Please Note:

Here i have used less sugar & less ghee/ oil. You can add 3/4 cup ghee or oil for a richer version. 

Instead of ghee you can use only oil or butter. I prefer ghee flavour. 

You can even add any of your favourite dry fruits. 

No food colour or preservatives is used here. 

Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup suji
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk powder 
  • 2 tbsp ghee+ 2 tbsp oil
  • Few drops of vanilla/ mixed fruit essence 
  • 1 & 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder 
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • Few tutti fruity / cherry ( optional)

Method:


Add suji to the grinding jar & grind to a fine powder. 
Add sugar & grind again to a fine powder. 


Add 1 & 1/4 cup milk, milk powder, ghee& oil, pinch of salt & pulse for 10 seconds. 

The batter should be in dosa batter consistency. 
Keep it aside for 5 minutes.


Add vanilla essence, baking powder, baking soda & pulse for 10 seconds. 
Add few dusted tutti fruity. Mix well.


Pour it in a greased baking tray. 


Sprinkle little cherry / tutti fruity on top.


Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.


Delicious Eggless Suji Cake is ready.
Cool for 1-2 hrs. 


Slice as per your choice. 
Enjoy this delicious cake for evening tea.
