Sweet Corn Salad 


This is one of the healthiest and tastiest salad which can be enjoyed as a side dish with any meal . This  nutritious salad can be served as an amazing appetizer too. 

This crispy , crunchy bowl of salad is an excellent choice for weight loss meal. 

Here i have used few available vegetables of my choice. You can use any favourite veggies of your choice. 

You can add boiled eggs, boiled meat or fish pieces too to make it more nutritious. 

This salad can be served with any fried or grilled meat, fish or vegetables. 

Try this easy tasty recipe. 

Please note:

Make sure to use fresh vegetables. 

Use fresh corn for the lovely crunch. 

Add any veggies of your choice. 

You can add little whipped curd, yogurt or mayonnaise too for this dish to make it richer & creamier. 

Use any dressing of your choice. 

Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh sweet corn 
  • 1 cup chopped  bell peppers ( red, yellow,green)
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber 
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion 
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato 
  • Little coriander leaves 
  • Salad dressing 
  • Salt to taste 

Ingredients for salad dressing:

  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder 
  • 1/4 tsp chat masala 
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste 

Method:


Chop all the required vegetables & keep aside. 

Mix all the salad dressing ingredients and keep aside. 

Add fresh corn & all the chopped vegetables to a large bowl. 


Pour  dressing over salad and toss well to coat on all sides. 


Delicacies corn salad is ready to serve.


Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator and serve it later.
