Sungta Losun -Miri / Prawn & Potato Curry This curry reminds me my childhood days. Mom used to prepare this often and the divine aroma used to spread all over the kitchen. This curry has a unique flavour of mixed spices & prawns, awesome taste and a wonderful aroma. As the name indicates, garlic and pepper ( losun- miri) are the prime ingredients. Don't skip these ingredients. This curry i learnt from my mother but i add few extra spices to make this curry still more flavourful. This yummy dish goes very well with boiled rice. Tastes awesome with neer dosa/ panpole or dosa too. Very few basic ingredients available in the pantry are required to prepare this dish. Try this simple , easy, delicious recipe. Please note: You can either use kashmiri chillies or Byadagi chillies. Don't use spicy chillies as good amount of pepper is added for the masala. Use spices as per your choice.
