Rice Rava Pundi / Rice Rava Dumplings
This is an instant breakfast recipe which can be prepared quickly & easily with very few basic ingredients.
Pundi / Mutlin ( dumpling) is made in different ways. It can be prepared by grinding rice, can be prepared with rice flour & also can be prepared using rice rava.

Here in this recipe , the key ingredient is Rice Rava. I prepare this whenever i am too busy or too lazy ( lol)
This dish can be served for breakfast with sambar and chutney & also for lunch and dinner with any meat, fish or vegetable curry.
My family loves this with sambar & chutney for breakfast. My maid's favourite too.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice rava 250gms
- 2 cups of water
- 3/4 cup grated coconut
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
Seasoning Ingredients:
- 2 tsp oil
- mustard
- jeera
- urad dal
- 2 green chillies ( chopped)
- curry leaves
