This yummy dish with a crispy, crunchy exterior and a incredibly tender & juicy interior is perfectly seasoned with aromatic spices and flavourful herbs!
Boneless chicken pieces , coated with spices and herbs and fried to perfection and served with favourite drinks.
These are best enjoyed as a tasty, crispy appetizers or a side dish with any meal.
Recipe is quite simple and super easy with few basic ingredients easily available at home.
Please note:
Kindly use spices as per your choice. You can add any of your favourite spices too.
Make sure to have uniform size pieces of meat so that it cooks evenly at the same time.

Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 400 gms boneless chicken pieces ( cut into bite size pieces)
- Oil for frying
A. 1st marination:
- 1tbsp red chilly powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Few finely chopped curry leaves.
- Few finely chopped coriander leaves
- 2 chopper green chillies
- 1 medium size chopped onion
- Salt to taste
B. 2nd marination:
- 2-3 tbsp chickpea flour/ besan
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1 -2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp oil
Method:
Add all the ingredients mentioned under A( 1st marination) to the cleaned chicken pieces.
Mix well & keep it aside for 1 hour.
Add the ingredients mentioned under B ( 2nd Marination).
Mix well & keep aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil for frying.
Add chicken pieces one by one & allow them to fry for 1-2 minutes on a medium flame.
Do not overcrowd the pan.
Keep stirring to fry evenly on all sides.
Fry till golden brown.
Remove on an absorbent paper.
Serve hot with tomato sauce or any dip of your choice.
My sons enjoy this crispy snack with their favourite non alcoholic beer.
