Rava Idli

Rava Idli

This is one of the healthiest and tastiest breakfast which is loved and appreciated by my family members.  It is one of the  popular South Indian breakfast items.

This is prepared with rava/ semolina, curd & other spices and herbs.

I prefer adding grated carrot to the idli mixture. You can add any of your favourite veggies or can skip this too.  You can add few dry fruits of your choice too.

This dish is best enjoyed with sambar or chutney. But i prefer this plain as it has all the required spices , herbs and flavourful seasoning.

This yummy, nutritious snack could be the best choice for your kids lunch box or for breakfast/ evening tea.

This is an instant snack which doesn't need any fermentation or prior preparation.  It could be prepared easily and quickly if all the ingredients are kept ready.
