Refreshing Chickpea Salad
Refreshing Chic kpea salad Days are getting hotter and hotter! Craving for some light refreshing meal? Try this nutritious, power packed, refreshing, crunchy chickpea salad with loads of fresh veggies and fruits. This is my family's favourite summer treat! This can be enjoyed as a best side dish with any meal or could be served as a healthy light meal too. I have used few fresh veggies and fruits of my preference. You can add any desired veggies or fruits. You can even add few dry fruits or boiled meat or stir fried paneer to this delicious salad to make it more nutritious. Make sure to add fresh crunchy veggies to give yummy taste and crunch to this dish. Please note: Kindly use veggies and fruits as per your choice. I have used dried herbs ( oregano, basil & Thyme ) for dressing. It's optional. You can add little chat masala too. Here i have used black chickpeas .
