Paneer Roast
My younger son just loves paneer anytime. Whenever i cook fish for us, i prepare paneer roast for him as he doesn't eat fish.
This is a very simple easy, quick & delicious recipe which needs very few basic ingredients available at home.
This can be served as an appetizer, side dish with rice or noodles or as a snack. I am sure kids will love this.
While cooking paneer, make sure that it remains soft & fluffy. Eating soft paneer is always delightful.
Overcooked or over fried paneer will turn out hard & rubbery. Make sure you fry it only for 1-2 minutes on each side.
