Pork Chilli
It is an Indo - Chinese dish which is loaded with flavours. This spicy, tangy, slightly sweet dish is loved by most of us.
Step by step recipe is mentioned below. I never add any food colour in my recipes. You can add if you wish.
Recipe:
For 1/2 kg pork cubes.
A. Ingredients for marination:
- 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- 1tbsp red chilly sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- Salt to taste
B. Ingredients for frying:
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 chopped green chillies
- 6 flakes of chopped garlic
- 1/2" chopped ginger
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red chilly sauce
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
C. Ingredients for garnishing:
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 Diced capcicum
- Chopped spring onion
- Chopped coriander leaves
METHOD
STEP 1
Keep marinated pork aside for minimum 2 hours. Overnight is better.
STEP 2
Fry marinated pork in a nonstick pan without adding any oil as pork releases its own fat while frying.
STEP 3
STEP 4
Fry 1 diced onion & 1 diced capcicum in 1 tbsp pork fat & keep aside. You can use oil instead of pork fat.

Add pork, mix well, add slightly roasted onion & capcicum. Mix well.
STEP 9
Delicious pork chilli is ready.
