Wheat Dosa/ Broken Wheat Dosa Super easy, healthy, super delicious breakfast recipe! This is one of the most loved and appreciated , healthy breakfast recipes in our family.  Here, instead of rice,  broken wheat is used for the batter.  Broken wheat, also known as dalia or cracked wheat, is a whole grain made from coarsely milled wheat kernels that is nutritious and rich in fiber, iron, and B vitamins.  These dosas are a healthy option for your kids lunch box.  Those who had these dosas in our house couldn't believe that it's made out of wheat. These come out  as tasty and as perfect as rice dosas.  I feel these are much softer, crispier and tastier than rice dosas.  Please Note: Here i have used a pinch  of yeast for fermentation.
