Pan fried Noodles Planning for some scrumptious meal on weekends?  Try this super delicious pan fried noodles !  Stir fried noodles served with delicious broth cooked with mixed vegetables and meat. This is my sons one of the most favourite meals.  My family loves this very mild flavoured, less spicy broth. You can add extra spices & sauces as per your taste.  This easy to make delectable dish could be the best choice for kitty parties, birthday gatherings or any other celebrations.  Please note: 1.Use your favourite vegetables.  2. Use spices & sauces as per your choice.  3.Do not overcook  the vegetables.  Here is a simple easy recipe: Recipe: Ingredients: 250 gm egg noodles Salt to taste 1tsp oil  Sesame oil for frying  Ingredients for chicken marination: 250 gm boneless chicken 1 egg 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp pepper powder  Salt to taste. Keerl ani Moog Sukho( Bamboo Shoot  & sprouted Green Gram ) This is one of my favourite seasonal delicacies. I prepare this dish atleast 2-3 times during monsoon season.  Bamboo shoot/ Keerl 'Keerl ' is a konkani word for  ' Tender Bamboo Shoot '. It is also called as 'Kanile' in Tulu language. It is available only during monsoon season.  Tender bamboo shoots are grated or chopped into tiny bits and cooked along with sprouted green gram.  Bamboo shoots/ keerl needs to be soaked in water atleast for 2 days to remove excess toxins and bitterness. Bamboo shoot has a distinct taste & aroma which makes this dish so unique.    Jackfruit seeds  added in this dish makes this dish so delicious & so special!  This dish can be prepared easily & quickly if all the ingredients are kept ready. Mango Sheera  Sheera is the most popular Indian dessert which is prepared with semolina, ghee & sugar.  It is also called as kesari bath or suji ka halwa.  Sheera or kesari bath is i am sure everyone's favourite sweet dish. My family loves sheera with fresh fruits as it has the natural taste & flavour.  During mango season, i love to prepare sheera with mangoes.  Here we need less sugar as mangoes have natural sweetness. This is an easy dessert prepared with ripe mangoes, semolina, ghee, sugar & nuts.  No artificial food colour or flavour is used in this recipe.  Please note: Make sure to use good quality mangoes to get better flavour & taste.  I have used Alphonso mangoes. I have used less sugar here. Easy Honey garlic chicken Sticky juicy chicken cooked in honey garlic sauce!  This  sweet & savoury chicken dish is one of our favourite appetizers.  This super delicious dish can be prepared easily and quickly as it requires very few ingredients easily available in the pantry.  This dish can be  served as a side dish with noodles & fried rice or with any meal.  Tastes awesome as a starter or an appetizer.  Please note: You can use the ingredients as per your spice requirements. Here is a simple easy recipe: A. Ingredients for chicken marination: 1/2 kg chicken (bone in) 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste Salt to taste  1 tsp Lemon juice 1tbsp cornflour B.Ingredients for Sauce: 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tsp red chilly sauce 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp tomato sauce  1 tsp pepper powder 1 tsp lemon juice 1/2 cup chicken stock or water Other ingredients: 2 tbsp oil 2 tsp minced garlic ( 8-10 cloves) 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds  Few spring onion toppings  Method: Add 1/2 kg cleaned
